January... three and a half months ago, but looking at these pictures it seems only like a few weeks.
 Time goes by so swiftly!
"So teach us to number our days,
That we may gain a heart of wisdom."
Marian safe in the arms of her furry collared, furry faced uncle

St Louis has become our home away from home.

Gathering together for a small dance, going over favorites and learning some new ones.

I love having Michael (and his family)  "near by"!
So you may be wondering why all these pictures are of us standing around and not dancing. Dancing and taking pictures is one thing I have not learned how to do. You can see some videos of three dances we did here:
Barbarini's Tambourine
Laura's Waltz
Mr. Beveridge's Maggot

Since Marscel was sick on his birthday the Zeses froze his cake and we were able to celebrate all together.

Gotta love trick candles!

The Birthday boy and one of the best bakers!

Back in Oklahoma we joined some friends for an evening jam session

So many different people have learned tips from Pa. He's helped so many little ones.

What could this be?

Mama has a new instrument!

I love being reminded of the beauty God has blessed us with.

I was watering our plants and was struck with the lovely, intricate detail of the christmas cactus flower

January marked a special event in our church... the ordination of elders.

The new elders and their wives

We are very thankful for the men that flew in to help set things in order.

Stacks of containers filled with Marscel's special kettle corn can only mean one thing... snacks for the car were needed. A road trip is at hand!

First stop, St Louis, chilling at Michael and Rebekah's, folding laundry, practicing guitar and singing.

Stopping in at the boys flat to help make sandwiches... You have to get creative with space when counters are limited!

Micaiah's own unique eye mask

Marscel and I were so blessed to be able to able to visit with the Mellos and Harrises before a rather spontaneous day snowboarding. Gathering around the Word of God and singing His praise was definitely a highlight.

Hope showed me one of her lovely wedding gowns she's made of silk that she is selling. If you or anyone you know are interested please leave a comment.
